Requirements: - Microsoft Office experience highly preferred - Earlier work involving records maintenance - Adeptness in filing - Prior assistant experience required - Proficiency in copying - Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Previous experience working with scheduling - Background working with Microsoft Word - Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience highly valued - Demonstrated knowledge of faxing - General familiarity with medical terminology - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Foundational knowledge in data entry - Email experience highly desired - Good understanding of scanning - Internet research skills - Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Sound written and verbal communication skills Do you thrive in a creative environment?
