Director, Market Product Management
Maintain primary responsibility for searching new customers and managing the customer relationship and profitability opportunities with a key customer.
This will include providing strong sales pipeline, strategic customer solutions and achieving mutual goals through leveraging cross functional project teams, systems and processes in order to prioritize and proactively deal with customer requirements.
Responsible for building sales pipeline in France and other respective countries: Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherland;
Delivery financial targets for respective region in terms of new customers, number of billable cards, number of authorization and other sales KPIs;
Promote MPTS in the region through different verticals and function: Advisors, MCDS, Core Product, Switching;
Present MPTS during different Mastercard events in Europe;
Increase visibility in IMK organization;
Responsible for all account management and business development activities for a key customer, including monitoring customer satisfaction with Mastercards products and services.
Understand the customer business strategies and design and execute tactical plans to enhance customer profitability, producing all key segments and objectives agreed within the context of the business agreement. Deliver against sales targets for Mastercard products/services.
Implement business solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability.
Responsible for all administrative and operational issues for the Sales and Account including staff management and development, planning and budget/expense management.

Extensive sales management skills
Extensive account management skills and sales experience
Payment industry experience and good knowledge of the French payments markets
Demonstrate multi-disciplinary knowledge, i.e. issuing processing, operations, risk and emerging technologies
Demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Demonstrate proven ability to develop and successfully implement, quantifiable business plans.
Extensive industry knowledge and networking.
Have an entrepreneurial approach and vision.
Analytical skills from a product management/profitability perspective.
Outstanding influencing and communication skills
Bachelor Degree or sales experience within a Blue Chip organization.
Fluent in French and English.
