The PST Electronic Materials business unit located in Orangeburg, NYprovides services to the semiconductor industry, flat panel display, LED and solar markets, where we deliver the materials needed to keep the world connected. Currently, we have an opening for a Marketing & Sales Associate. This role will report into the Sales organization with dotted line responsibility to the R&D organization. Responsibilities will include:

-Assist the sales team with implementing the Electronic Materials account sales and business development plans.

-Partner with key groups to grow the market share of key accounts and make efforts on solicitation of expansion opportunities. Identify marketing opportunities.

-Compiles, integrates and analyzes data from a variety of sources to facilitate marketing efforts by using analytical approaches and methodologies

-Conduct targets business development in Semi/LED/Solar/Bumping markets.

-Develops sales support materials, presentations, proposals and other related marketing materials, support trade shows/and or meetings

-Manages and maintains engagement with customers to understand requirements and ensure customer satisfaction; source new business through prospecting new customers.

-Provide timely and reliable target market updates fielding competitors’ information

-Support Sales/Business manager on various Sales/marketing/customer service activities as requested.

-Partner with the R&D team to ensure the appropriate product support is generated and communicated

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree required

-Prefer 3-4 years technical experience and 2 years sales and/or marketing experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry

-Must be customer-orientated and able to work under pressure with customers

-Excellent communication skills and presentation capabilities

-PC applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

-Willingness to travel and to work a flexible work schedule in a dynamic fast paced environment
