In this role, you have the opportunity to

To manage current distributors and develop new ones to drive sell-in target achievement and work closely with TMOs/KAMs to ensure high quality execution of all ‘below-the-line’ marketing activities and improve market share in assigned markets

You are responsible for

  • Drive sell-in target achievement for assigned markets

  • Manage distributors effectively to ensure healthy development of the markets

  • To develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company’s goals

  • Closely work with COP on category management and inventory management

  • Closely work with assigned distributors, retailers, TMOs and KAMs to ensure high quality execution of marketing activities and improve market share

You are a part of

You will report to Senior Sales Manager and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing Manager, Trade marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in ‘below-the-line’ sales management in a multi-national consumer goods company.

  • Strong distributor or account management ability

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good command on English

  • Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance
