Screens telephone calls,greets visitors, and routes incoming correspondence.
Responds to information requests. Uses basic to intermediate word-processing and spreadsheet software, and is obtaining expertise in other databases and software.
Prepares and signs routine correspondence.
May make basic arrangements for meetings and conferences.
Collects information from files or staff for routine inquiries and reports.
May also be responsible for related clerical duties, such as processing incoming mail, maintaining office supplies, minor cleaning and straightening, operating office machines, and filing and retrieving information.
2-3 receptionist/administrative assistant experience
Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Excel,Word, PowerPoint,Outlook)
Cheery individual who is a proven self-starter. As the first point of contact in the branch, it is imperative that our "director of first impressions" has strong interpersonal skills and a "customer first" mindset.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as coordinate/collaborate as part of a team.
