Cameron’s Surface Systems

Cameron’s Surface segment designs and manufactures complete wellhead and Christmas tree systems for onshore and offshore topside applications. This segment has an extensive installed base of equipment and is collaborating with customers around the world. Our Surface segment is not only the industry’s largest provider of surface completion and production equipment but also has a large services business in each of its markets. One of the major services provided by the Surface segment is CAMSHALE™ Production Solutions, which specializes in shale gas production.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for invoicing/purchase orders and processing

  • Ensure compliance with all invoicing standards and procedure

  • Process and track Accounts Payable invoices

  • Track the monthly financials

  • Organizing and filing of financial documents

  • Resolution of payment inquiries

  • Order supplies for the Department

  • Liaise closely with other departments involved

  • Provide general administration support to the office

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail & filing

  • Create/maintain reports

  • Manage employee time keeping system for hourly employees

  • Provide technical support & Answer phones

Minimum Job Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

  • 2+ years of administrative experience

  • Good working knowledge of software packages including MS Work, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time constraints

  • Good communication and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience

  • Some Oil & Gas experience
