$14 part-time to full-time position .

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customers’ lien-wavers with time constraints

  • Payroll Data Entry

  • Checking timecards

  • Sorting/ Filing paperwork

  • Coding material invoices

  • Tracking time off requests and occurrences

  • Scanning paperwork

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Type 40 wpm

• Proficient in Microsoft office suite particularly Excel, Word-intermediate level

• Excellent customer service skills

• High-level data entry accuracy

• Reasoning/Problem Solving independently
