Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is an essential part of the Marketing Team, supporting all disciplines within the department - Marketing Operations, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Communications and Product Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator has a strong focus on, but not limited to, asset management, PDM and digital functions but also supports the full team in whatever way is needed. Responsibilities: Assist with fulfilling/routing incoming requests from the Marketing Americas inbox as needed Monthly review and analysis of the CIM list to call attention to depleting items Provide asset management, including but not limited to Facilitate file transfers between vendors, internal team members and external departments as needed Uploading, tagging, data entry and any other need arising for Global Creative Bank Image cropping, renaming and any other need arising to Scene 7 Load assets created by digital marketing team to Global Creative Bank Perform PDM functions, including but not limite to New product launches Resolve issues Serve as liason between Marketing and IT Assisting Product Marketing team with product updates Assist with website content development and maintenance by pulling and loading assets for image galleries, articles, etc. Manage website inquiries originating from the Marketing Americas inbox and Info inbox, including researching the issue, coordinating with IT or CRM and working with Marketing Operations team to communicate the resolution to the individual who requested the fix, or on a larger scale depending on the circumstances. Maintain list of general website feedback to inform future updates. Pull website analytic data and prepare reports for review. Review the info@ email inbox 2x daily and direct questions or leads to appropriate person Quarterly review of key areas of site for updates (homepage, featured products, About section imagery, search results) Periodically review the reply@ email inbox after large email sends and direct customer data updates to sales team Proofread various Marketing materials in detail as needed Provide support as needed to all areas within Marketing - Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications, Marketing Strategy and Product Marketing Qualification: Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required. Skills and Experience: 1-3 years marketing experience Strong customer service mindset Must be a self-starter with proactive approach to work and great attention to detail Highly organized with ability to work on multiple projects at once, successfully manage workload, meet deadlines and deliver high quality work Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with internal and external resources Strong communication skills, verbal and written An understanding of integrated digital marketing techniques (email campaigns, social media, blogs, search) and working knowledge of major social media channels and social media tools Working knowledge of technical language, software capabilities, graphic design, web development process and brand storytelling across digital platforms Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and Photoshop, as well as experience with online project management systems and JDE or a similar online purchasing and ordering management system Strong analytical skills, with the ability t...
