Local water cleanup and restoration franchise is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant with exceptional customer service, attention to detail and strong communication skills. This position performs administrative and office support activities including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, coordinating job scheduling, preparing job paperwork for crew/estimator and maintaining job file documentation. Preferred candidate will have familiarity with Accounts Receivable and general billing activities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel and some QuickBooks

Working hours: 8:30AM -5:30PM

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and QuickBooks

Some A/R knowledge

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
