JOB REQUIREMENTS: KI has an opening for a Business Development Specialist in our Market Development department at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay. The Business Development Specialist position plays a key role in expanding KI's client base. The responsibilities of this position include researching, identifying, and contacting future business prospects, while qualifying high-potential sales leads. Organized self-starters who are metrics driven, can use this position as a starting point for a fast track exciting career progression into Inside/Outside Sales. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business (or a related field) OR equivalent work experience.
