Facilities Administrative Assistant –Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking an organized professional to join our team as a Facilities Administrative Assistant in Ellsworth, ME. This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Facilities department, including but not limited to coordinating bank-wide maintenance efforts, process invoices, and project support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

  • Maintenance/Repair Coordination

  • Processing Invoices

  • Departmental Account Reconciliations

  • Company Lease Account Maintenance

  • Service Contract Support

  • Project Support

  • Fire/evacuation plans for all Bank worksites

  • Provide support for other departmental roles as needed including but not limited to:

  • Shipping & Mail

  • Supply purchasing & month end reporting

  • Departmental Moves

  • Participate in departmental/company initiatives and trainings.

  • All other duties assigned

This position requires a candidate with the following knowledge, ability, and skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency

  • Ability to work as a team player or alone with minimal supervision

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer and organizational skills

  • Facilities related experience a plus

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Valid driver license
