Facilities Administrative Assistant –Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking an organized professional to join our team as a Facilities Administrative Assistant in Ellsworth, ME. This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Facilities department, including but not limited to coordinating bank-wide maintenance efforts, process invoices, and project support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize the Facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Maintenance/Repair Coordination
Processing Invoices
Departmental Account Reconciliations
Company Lease Account Maintenance
Service Contract Support
Project Support
Fire/evacuation plans for all Bank worksites
Provide support for other departmental roles as needed including but not limited to:
Shipping & Mail
Supply purchasing & month end reporting
Departmental Moves
Participate in departmental/company initiatives and trainings.
All other duties assigned
This position requires a candidate with the following knowledge, ability, and skills:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Ability to work as a team player or alone with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer and organizational skills
Facilities related experience a plus
Ability to multi-task
Valid driver license
