Suffolk Construction Marketing Coordinator - Dallas in Dallas, Texas
An integral member of the team, the Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the team to help position Suffolk as the builder of choice. Coordinates a wide range of marketing activities that support the Build Smart brand.

As needed, assist regional teams in production of Suffolk’s business development proposals with the goal of winning new construction projects. This includes everything from creating the Table of Contents to helping with coordination of components for the proposal, Quark production of the layout, printing and binding of the books and making sure delivery is handled.
Work with team in the development of internal communications including digital signage, intranet, and company newsletter , among others
Write content for Messages on Hold.
Assist with events as needed including company meetings, topping-off parties, groundbreakings, conferences and sponsorships.
Manage project portfolio
Assist with maintenance of Suffolk website as well as Intranet.
Manage vendor relationships with apparel and promotional partners; keep promotional/brand sites updated and serve as point of contact for employees
Maintain and update collateral including fact sheets, project pdfs etc.
Support the regional marketing and BD teams on proposals, events, award submissions etc.
BS/BA with concentration in marketing, business, or communications preferred
Ability to communicate directly and effectively (both verbal and written communications) with high standards for customer service
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and ability to contribute to the team
Excellent writing and proofreading skills and attention to detail
Strong technical capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Design sense and creative ability
Familiarity with database systems a plus
