DESCRIPTION: Strong individual contributor responsible for leading the overall in-store marketing strategy and management of all in-store marketing elements and new store environments, including signage, packaging, POS materials, music, and CRM collateral to support the brand standards and deliver on the overarching business strategy with a customer-centric mentality. Must thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment. Contributes information and recommendations to overall strategic plans, owns and flawlessly executes all in-store projects, works cross-functionally to coordinate on-time and on-budget delivery of all elements needed, and owns the analysis of the in-store and brand marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Daily review of countries social platforms for adherence to the Brand guidelines Brand contest replication communication and approve market specific adaptations Post social/digital content on the HUB Filemaker Create/Initiate jobs for floorsets (Brand, semi-conservative conservative versions) and daily Partner requests Floorset Replication Adaptation Post Brand FST W/T, end to end management of floorset adaptations and communication to Partners Floorset readiness marketing/visual requirements Communicate marketing details on the FST Readiness call 3D element P.O.'s/local sourcing and implementation guidelines Product sample coordination for conservative creative photoshoot Create/initiate jobs in Filemaker for conservative marketing Retouching Kick off creative job Coordinate and ship samples Manage invoicing
