A growing company in South Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for a long-term, part-time job opportunity starting immediately. Hours for this role will be part-time ranging around 20 hours per week with a flexible weekly schedule. The Administrative Assistant will directly support the President with all tasks and support general office operations as needed. Part-Time Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: - Read and respond to emails via Microsoft Outlook - Enter data into Microsoft Excel to maintain office inventory, client lists, and assist the Bookkeeper - Research and write up plans for future company projects if asked - Reporting - Domestic travel arrangements - Handle all calendar arrangements and schedule meetings
