Philips Customer Service Marketing Manager MR in Best, Netherlands

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

The Senior Manager Product Marketing Customer Services MR is pivotal marketing role in MR Marketing focusing on Customer Service.You drive creation of service solutions from idea to market. You’re accountable for defining, launching and building profitable service solutions.

You are responsible for

  • Evolving the MR Contract and Time & Materials portfolio to accelerate profitable growth in this part of the MR business

  • Representing Marketing in the cross-functional teams that aim at improving customer satisfaction and reliability

  • Addressing the Service Marketing aspects of the different launches in MR (Systems, Software applications, New business models, etc.)

  • Coordinating with the Philips Service Marketing teams to align roadmaps, offers, requirements. Acting as MR representative within Philips Service Marketing

  • Maintaining the long term MR Service roadmap, setting requirements and developing integrated offers that meet the needs of priority customer segments

  • Coordinating and setting value-based pricing across the portfolio to ensure profitable growth

  • Developing channel strategy for each offering by market

  • Working with Field Marketing to prepare and train the market sales teams (e.g., conduct presentations ahead of new product/solution/services launch)

  • Managing contractual strategic partnerships with, as appropriate, key strategic customers/KOLs and complementary solution providers

You are a part of

You will work in a highly motivated team. In the marketing team you will work with other Product Managers. The team operates in an open atmosphere. The team is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality.

The work location is Best, The Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least 5 years in marketing or product management

  • Experience in or affinity with customer services is a nice to have

  • High-tech product & service launch (NPI) experience

  • Deep expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and product/service development

  • Ability to synthesize market, customer feedback ,existing and new services; comfortable with making tradeoffs

  • Strong communication, influencing skills, process and business acumen, stakeholder management and ability to lead an organization to develop market leading service/solutions

  • Willingness to travel 10% – 25%
