The Manager, Shopping Experience and Omni-Channel Marketing, is responsible for applying consumer insights and leading-edge technology to deliver a superior omnichannel shopping experience to profitably maximize conversion, basket and frequency.

He/she will be a champion for the consumer and will develop a deep understanding of consumer/shopper behavior, usability principles and purchase drivers both in the digital space and at the intersection of digital and physical so as to build a model that minimizes friction in consumer?s path-to-purchase journey. He/she will then partner with eCom Merchandising Managers, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Insights, and Sales teams to develop retailer-specific, omni-channel solutions and prepare compelling, insights-driven stories to present to retail partners. He/she will be a key resource and influencer at strategic retailer meetings and instrumental with program implementation.

To be effective in this rapidly evolving environment, the Manager, Shopping Experience and Omni-Channel Marketing, will need to be up on the leading edge of technology and best demonstrated practices. He/she will need to attend industry conferences and build a strong network of agency and business contacts. This manager will identify, rank and prioritize key opportunities for the company, build business cases to clearly articulate their strategic importance, obtain buy-in/resources and then develop/execute a test and learn plan to prove high-potential concepts.

This job requires strategic thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, well-developed negotiation and collaboration skills and solid marketing and general manager skills. He/she will need to have a thirst for knowledge and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. This Manager will have direct exp sure to retailers, including their marketing, strategy and/or sales departments. He/she is responsible for developing strong alignment and strategic alliances to help shape the future of Wilton?s categories online. He/she will need to excel at working cross-functionally, leveraging teammates across multiple departments to deliver successful results.
