Randstad Senior Manager of Content Marketing- Open to East Coast Remote in Woburn, Massachusetts
Lead Randstad’s content marketing efforts within the U.S., including its Operating Companies. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee strategic ideation and tactical execution of content development specific to our talent and customer acquisition efforts, as well as assisting others on the content team to ensure consistency in brand. This individual will be responsible for ensuring content relevancy by channel and audience across our platforms, as well as working closely with others on the development of the right content to incite specific audience behaviors. A successful candidate will have strong B2B and B2C writing/editing capabilities alongside a foundational understanding of customer journeys. Candidates should have experience in developing content that drives results, as well as using data to inform changes in messaging, format and distribution. This role will interface with stakeholders across the organization, adapt well to change and perform well under a deadline-driven environment.
Proven ability to create a content strategy that drives business results
Strong understanding of best practices for using content as a customer acquisition channel.
Ability to think with a digital-first mindset
Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and resilience required: able to adjust to changes/priorities and remain productive under pressure
Data-driven decision making
Strong understanding of new media
Managing others successfully
Deep knowledge of various communication platforms: video, digital, web, mobile, content, and social
Highly analytical and experienced in developing content that performs
Experience with automation tools is a plus
Exceptional writing/editing/communication skills, with deep knowledge of AP Style
Comfortable in a small team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to create internal buy-in for content marketing programs, sell ideas and create cross-functional alignment
Enthusiastic and energetic team player a must
Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
Continually seek to innovative and introduce breakthrough ideas, approaches and solutions with communications
Up to 15% travel may be required
This position requires 7-10 years of experience in using on and offline content to support strategic organizational objectives.
