Global Marketing Strategy & Planning :

  • Develop and lead the global marketing strategies and execution plans to achieve share, revenue, and gross contribution objectives.

  • Responsible for worldwide marketing of the flexo product portfolio. Lead contribution goals, marketing programs, marketing communications, and pricing working closely global product manager, and branding for products/product lines in order to develop and maintain strong brand awareness, accelerate sales, and maximize profitability.

  • Define global marketing objectives and measure and track metrics for marketing programs.

  • Accountable for market segmentation, VOC/market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation to define the value proposition, targeting, positioning and route-to-market strategies of product portfolio/value chain.

  • Analyze and synthesize data to drive effective decisions and provide insights. Marketing Execution :

  • Lead global cross-functional marketing team to drive regional marketing plan execution and growth through various tactics - market development, sales enablement, channel management, geographic penetration, messaging, etc.

  • Ensure sound value props for our offerings, translate value props into selling/demand creation tools/programs, working with regions to translate into execution.

  • Engage deeply with the value chain to understand trends, applications, and needs. Use that knowledge to create differentiated marketing programs/strategies and inform product management.

  • Lead market intelligence communications process - collects and assimilates market information, ensures accurate analysis and market details; develops leading indicators.

  • Prepare and execute worldwide launch plans for new products. Support global R&D programs to ensure key programs are progressing through the pipeline.

  • Partner with Marketing Communications to develop and execute content and brand strategies with the goal of generating leads and growing/retaining customers. Invest in learning and using new digital capabilities/tools.

  • Collaborate and align with regional leaders to provide guidance to on short and mid-term growth targets during strategy and execution reviews

  • Networks with peers across the industry, and other SBUs serving the same markets, to effectively support the regional business and identify long term growth opportunities

Qualifications

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Technical or Business related-field, with MBA strongly preferred.

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a marketing or commercial role.

  • Strong functional knowledge of Marketing fundamentals and the ability to recognize opportunities for significant improvement.

  • Business financial acumen, understanding the key drivers of profitability and the impact of marketing decisions.

  • Strategic thinking capability; able to see the big picture and drive implementation of improvement opportunities without getting lost in the details.

  • Sales and/or Marketing experience at various roles and levels with customer facing responsibilities; prior Product or Pricing Management experience would be a benefit.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and drive discussions for decision making.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that motivate good thinking and encourages cooperation and enthusiasm.

  • Excellent communication and influencing capabilities; able to advocate effectively across a multi-function organization to gain consensus and commitment for action from key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven leadership skills in effectively driving and implementing complex multi-functional team projects.

  • Knowledge of packaging, printing, packaging inks and/or flexographic printing is preferred, but not required.
