Position Purpose
Provide administrative and project support for the Revenue Development team, specifically supporting Strategic Alliances and March for Babies leadership.
Position Responsibilities
Provide daily support and assistance to Vice President of Strategic Alliances with the following deliverables: general office duties, filing, correspondence, presentations, internet research, travel, calendar, meeting coordination (including agendas, minutes, and materials), CRM data entry and report/query management, expenses (process & review), budget management, data entry and additional special projects as assigned.
Provide daily support and assistance to Vice President of March for Babies with the following deliverables: general office duties, filing, correspondence, presentations, internet research, travel, calendar, meeting and webinar coordination (including agendas, minutes, and materials), weekly Dimension postings, CRM data entry and report/query management, expenses (process & review), budget management, data entry and additional special projects as assigned. Includes working with the MFB team to support roll-out and training meetings throughout the campaign, including materials, communication and expense tracking. Prepare mailings and support data entry into database, assist with walker support including Gift Card fulfillment and top walker projects. Assist in coordinating team calendars, meetings and reporting for campaign.
Position Qualifications
Fully proficient in the full range of the Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet as a research tool.
Ability to produce excellent work product under firm time constraints; prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous projects and assignments. Work independently and within a team environment, resourceful, organized, self-starter with excellent relationship building skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects, strong prioritize and time management skills, diplomatic and adaptable to changing situations and multiple stakeholders.
Four year college degree or equivalent experience
