We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to work directly with our NAA marketing and IT teams to implement product and service campaigns according to strategic business initiatives and operations requirements. This position will engage, manage, and work closely with our implementation partners and software vendors to develop and deploy best practices, solutions, ensure on-time delivery of projects, and manage customer expectations.


  • Own the functionality, content and activities organization for product and service campaigns including solution design, budgeting, planning, process flows, and analytics

  • Perform app performance and web analysis to drive customer insight, reporting & data visualization, and present data to be considered for actionable strategies

  • Develop peer, cross-functional and divisional business relationships to leverage best practices, maximize solution quality, and ensure successful implementations and user adoption

  • Work closely with IT leadership on the campaign components associated with the following solutions: sales, service, field service, web portals, and the Internet of Things

  • Define business rules within the database, work with the database development team to create intuitive data structure, automate regular reporting for analytics purposes

  • Integrate a suite of analytics from campaign testing, web analytics, NPS, predictive analytics

  • Identify, qualify, score, distribute, and track leads from inside sales campaings

  • Segment customers and profile them based on their engagement, geographic and demographic data

  • Contribute to communication plan for project timelines and activities related to campaigns with the change management team

  • Manage relationships with software and service suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high quality, cost effective solutions


  • Previous inside sales or sales operations experience

  • Understanding of marketing performance, A/B testing, ROI, lead generation; attribution, promotion, and retention analytics

  • Data modeling and analysis skills to support inside sales campaigns

  • Experience managing campaign projects involving the integration of enterprise line of business systems (e.g. Sales, Service, and/or Community Clouds)

  • Experience and background working with large and diverse teams to define and execute marketing projects

  • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills are essential with proficiency in using Microsoft office suite in creating analytical data and pivot tables

  • Awareness of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Demonstrates proficiency in IT areas of analytical thinking and business innovation

  • Demonstrates collaboration, hands-on approach, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrix-based organization

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrates ability to perform root cause analysis as the company transitions from current mainframe and legacy systems to a hybrid-cloud model
