Our Commercial Banking client is in need of an Administrative Assistant to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to join an well regarded and stable company. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: -Travel arrangements -Assisting with PowerPoint presentations -Ordering supplies -Expense reports -Event planning -Special projects as needed The ideal Administrative Assistant should have: -3-4 years of Administrative Experience - Concur experience -Strong Microsoft Excel and communication skill -Bachelor's degree preferred but not required This is a long term temporary position paying up to $20 and set to last 3-4 months with the strong possibility of the assignment being extended.
