This position will have direct accountability to design and execute on the bswift marketing strategy. It will require B2B skills with the ability to influence both bswift and National sales teams to elevate this product to compete in the market against larger competitors. It will also require online B2C commerce skills, e.g., the ability to advise on cross-sell strategies during the insurance enrollment process.

Fundamental Components:

Direct accountability as the businesss strategic marketing consultant

Accountable to design strategies that will elevate the product in the market infusing the brand throughout campaigns

Define the B2C engagement experience since the core product is member enrollment

Identifies and executes on opportunities to drive new thinking, documenting the value proposition and content to innovate and work efficiently with marketing through new or enhanced programs and tactics designed to achieve market growth.

Aggregates local market and competitor insights, white-space opportunities, health marketing priorities, and multi-cultural opportunities as input to define local marketing strategy.

Establishes framework, designs, and builds strategic, local marketing plans through in-depth use of data and analytics, competitive analysis, local market insights and product knowledge.


10+ years strategic marketing experience: e.g., develop audience segmentations, core value propositions, messaging strategy for different segments, direct creative teams, measure impact and efficacy of marketing investments, etc.

Digital savvy

Strategic marketer who can put together multi-channel acquisition and engagement programs


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
