Job Description

This versatile position will partner with key stakeholders (creative, activation, merchandising, store operations, as well as outside vendors) to identify business and project opportunities that translate business and consumer needs into highly engaging experiences, events and communications that drive engagement and demand. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring all day to day marketing messaging/experiences are planned and executed flawlessly.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes marketing campaigns and events.

  • Serves as the main contact for campaign events & promotions to support launches, site messaging, and site placements.

  • Partners with Digital Marketing team to drive internal resources to enhance the user experience through UX strategy, content strategy and wireframe development, while leading the content development workstream.

  • Co-lead cross-functional team members to generate ideas to support evolution of the business and/or the brand.

  • Monitors competitive activity to identify relevant practices prevalent in online & mobile communications.

  • Maintains project calendar and assists in budget forecast.

  • Measures & reports performance on all events and projects and assesses against goals & KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Other Related Field preferred

  • Brand Marketing &/or Marketing-related experience preferred. Retail marketing experience a plus.

  • Great bias for action and can lead projects with minimal guidance from manager or director

  • Directs the work of others and may supervise one or two team members or freelancers; setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback for course correction and development

  • Identify barriers to meeting or project objectives, and offer solutions

  • Monitors all projects closely and communicates risks well in advance
