OfficeTeam is seeking an administrative assistant to support an IT Department. This position will revolve around answering the main phone line for the department, and providing support for the team by answering basic department questions, and routing calls to the proper parties. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity. Duties included in this role will involve setting meetings, setting up conference rooms, ordering supplies, and setting up technology for new employees in the building. An ideal candidate will be highly organized, well spoken, possess a high sense of initiative, and will communicate well with department members and the HR department.
