Digital Marketing Specialist
This is an exciting and unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for search engine marketing and social media who are interested at being at the forefront of the latest trends and developments. Driving search engine marketing (PPC and SEO):
Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
Set up, management and optimization of key paid advertising campaigns (AdWords and LinkedIn).
Monitor, on an on-going basis SEO results and manage projects.
Prepare strategic PPC campaign recommendations.
Optimize landing pages for search engine quality score.
Use SEO tools (BrightEdge, SiteImprove) to evaluate web pages, audit sites and perform analysis to uncover actionable insights for our channel.
Identify specific strategies/actions to improve search performance.
Assist in campaign design and creating a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Execution of social media posting and relatedly drive the social media advocacy programs.
Monitor, listen and engage with our social media communities. Manage all aspects of our social media listening technology.
Cooperate with an external agency to ensure strong agency performance and return on investment.
Promote content through social advertising.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor SEO/PPC campaign results, develop analytics reporting, analyze key metrics, and optimise click-through and conversion rates.
Benchmark overall social media performance and provide ongoing analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement including through testing. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of specific social media campaigns.
2-3 years of SEO/PPC and social media digital marketing experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and the relationship between SEO, PPC and Social Media.
Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and methodology. Knowledge of web analytics, Excel, and reporting methodologies.
Experience with creating, managing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns (Bing Ads is desirable).
Experience with Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console as well as native social media analytics including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
Well versed in day-to-day management of social media, campaign planning, community building, management and outreach, social listening and mining.
Ability to perform research, analyse websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimization approach.
Ability to compile and analyse search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction.
Fluency in English.
Work in an international environment.
