Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager for their office in Waltham, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:The role of a VS Channel Marketing Manager is to support the pipeline and revenue objectives of the VS Sales organization via two business streams: partner co-marketing and ds driven marketing. The Channel Marketing Manager will work with the other team members to define, develop, execute and measure pipeline generating marketing programs for the NAM channel and focused on the top 14 named VARs. They will execute Integrated Marketing framework focused on a given What to Market (Industry and GEO specific) as well as influence the marketing execution of the 3DS Partners to be aligned with 3DS mid and long term strategy.Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation programs for DS driven and/or partner co-marketing that will drive pipe, opportunities and closed won revenue

  • Accountable for the relationship between 3DS and their channel partners

  • Support the channel marketing strategy at the geo level with the Group VP of Marketing and communicate with relevant sales channel leaders (GEO or Global)

  • Open new markets and segments to activate the 3DS diversification strategy - including cloud and new markets or segments

  • Set goals and plans globally or for defined GEO; Leverage local and global channel marketing resources with the Global Demand Center

  • Monitor, analyze and report on local marketing activities and Pipeline generation - ds driven or partner co-marketing

  • Drive manage locally the co-marketing program, acting as a business advisor to improve their partners / resellers marketing campaign efficiency

  • Ensure successful execution by / with partners in accordance to co-marketing SLA when relevant (VS)

  • Ensure and accuracy in the various execution systems

  • Define and ensure control of the operational marketing plan their geo in accordance with accuracy of data in the 3D experience sell dashboard

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent technical work experience

  • 5 years Operational Marketing experience

  • Ability to work independently and / or within a collaborative team structure; A true team player mentality

  • Positive, self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments

  • Highly organized with critical attention to details

  • Strong communication skills; Very strong writing skills utilizing the rules of English grammar and verbally clear, concise, and grammatically correct oral (speaking) communication skills in English

  • Effective presentation skills

  • Marketing experience including Channel Marketing (partner relationship building), Marketing support, Lead generation Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing programs

  • Functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge Visio, Access or SQL

  • Strong Understanding of Marketing Automation and CRM tools

  • Performance Management and Reporting
