The successful professional will deliver complex/high-profile projects to a variety of clients from the largest names in the biopharmaceutical industry to innovative start-up companies. The candidate will maximize opportunities with existing clients by delivering projects that exceed client expectations and supporting new business development. Under general direction of the Senior Director, Market Access, the successful candidate will be responsible for serving as an integral member of the Market Access Team, developing market access strategies, proving value, and maximizing access for our client’s products.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, implement, and deliver on a variety of project types, potentially including:

Commercialization strategy Value proposition creation (for client products to payers and providers) Message testing/payer market research Creation of engaging field tools and the training to make them actionable Interactive marketing materials Brand-planning engagements Account strategy Contracting strategy

Work collaboratively with the Market Research, Creative, and Health Outcomes/Scientific Teams to leverage Xcenda’s broad expertise Provide leadership on client accounts and serve as primary contact with specific clients through project execution and delivery. By delivery at the highest quality, you will help to grow our existing business and identify new opportunities As an Assistant/Associate Director, you will train and develop staff, where appropriate, and serve as an active leader and mentor to project staff

Qualifications: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managed markets marketing/market access within the pharmaceutical industry or a managed markets agency servicing the pharmaceutical industry. BS/BA required, clinical degree preferred (Pharm D, PhD).
