My client is currently seeking a ‘Executive Assistant’ to provide assistance and support to the Marketing team. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, develop your career path and grow within a company.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrate proactivity and time management

  • Experience in a similar administrative role

  • Be organised and well-presented

  • A business/communications degree would be advantageous but not essential

The key duties/responsibilities of the role include;

  • Completing general administrative duties

  • Managing databases and online records

  • Accurately and efficiently writing reports for management as required

  • Coordinating travel bookings for the Global Head of Marketing

  • Assisting with locating and booking venues for meetings/events

  • Sending out meeting invitations

  • Collating and distributing agenda

  • Tasks relating to project-based work

  • Supporting the management team with various tasks
