Management Trainee - Marketing
Unilever Marketing is the expert voice of the brand from a retailer, shopper and consumer perspective: Custodian of the brand – Leads the Brand, ensures the voice of the target consumer is manifested on the Brand
Responsible for driving top line growth, medium term category and brands’ share targets as well as specific marketing objectives relating to brand health and equity.
Translating knowledge and insights into brand strategy and ensuring strategies are aligned to category growth ambition
Understanding and getting to know consumers and market – to generate insights that will lead to Brand Activation, or Locally Relevant Innovations.
Plan, deliver and implement Global Campaigns/Innovations for market.
Develops an integrated product, pack, price and communication mix and trade proposition for the brand in the country.
Work with Global Marketing Team to translate global Brand Plans into the Local Brand Marketing Plan – to deliver and implement Global & Locally Relevant Brand Campaigns, and Innovations for the Market.

Fresh Graduates (Bachelor or Master)
0-3 years experienced as maximum
