Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Legal Affairs and team for E! and Wilshire Studios.

Responsibilities

  • Word processing of legal documents, editing and proofing.

  • Distribute and coordinate interdepartmental correspondence.

  • Interact with clients, external customers, business associates, and counsel.

  • Manage and track contracts, and other related administrative work.

  • Follow-up with outside parties on contract-related and production legal matters.

  • Provide clerical support such as type and compose general correspondence, faxing and copying , answer and screen phone calls, book travel arrangements/reservations, schedule, coordinate and maintain appointments and meetings, open and distribute mail, coordinate messengers/package delivery, organize and maintain filing system, and execute expense reports, supply requisitions, etc.

  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 2 year of experience in an administrative support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelEligibility Requirements
