OfficeTeam is hiring for a Marketing Assistant for a well-known organization in Tysons Corner, VA! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to gain professional work experience with an AWESOME organization! Responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant include:

  • Pitch media and handle interviews as directed by PR team

  • Create PowerPoint or Key note presentations

  • Assist manager with calendar management and travel preparations

  • Select brand assets (imagery, background, talent photos, clips, trailers, etc.) for use within franchise campaigns

  • Assist in the coordination of digital creative deliverables (tool kits) for global franchise campaigns in conjunction with Marketing PR team

  • Create communication materials to support brand initiatives

  • Assist with other department-wide initiatives as needed
