Overview:

The Shopper Market Manager will be responsible for growing key relationships across manufacturers (CPG Brands) who distribute products through grocery stores in the Southern Markets. To succeed, the Shopper Market Manager will need to be “Greater than Great at Selling our Brand” with the ability to build such strong relationships that the client will be calling you; must have experience developing shopper programs, tactics and solutions to successfully sell them to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Mosaic and partner programs and tactics to key clients

  • Manage and execute all programming sold through to clients. Including:

  • Asset aggregation and verification all assets are delivered/designed to program specs

  • Manage and coordination with various internal and external teams on program development

  • Ownership/management of project timelines

  • Management of financial process including estimate development, billing, and reporting

  • Development of post-program reports

  • A successful Shopper Market Manager will grow their business by a minimum of 50% in year one. Ultimately resulting in the need to hire an account executive to support their role.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ working experience developing sales and marketing programs, tactics and solutions to sell products to clients

  • 3+ years’ supervisor / management experience preferred

  • Strong Shopper Marketing Customer Service experience

  • Experience accomplishing and exceeding goals

  • In-depth knowledge of customer-specific guidelines and requirements

  • Excel at winning people over instantly/creating incredible first impressions

  • Follow through regularly to grow and cultivate relationships

  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Must be willing to travel for regular meetings with clients (brands) and customers (retailers) up to 25% of time.
