Incumbent is supervised by the Regulatory Supervisor/Consultant (Personnel Liaison) and assists with administrative duties, training and personnel matters for the Prosecution Services Unit (PSU).
Incumbent will serve as training coordinator for the Unit. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Schedule and coordinate speakers, dates, times, locations, equipment, materials and attendees;
Promote upcoming training events through posters, emails, announcements, etc.;
Prepare attendance rosters, greet attendees and ensure each attendee signs roster;
Update employee training history; provides employee training reports to management, as requested
Serves as back-up Support Administrator of TRAIN; duties will include, but are not limited to:
Introducing the system to new employees
Assisting with course registration and batch registration of mandatory courses,
Assisting with course navigation and compliance with the DOH Training Policy as requested by Personnel Liaison.
Serves as Assistant Group Manager for the ServFL Emergency Notification system (Everbridge). Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date contact/location information for all staff in PSU. Maintains and disseminates PSU telephone list.
Serves as new-employee orientation coordinator:
Greets new employees on their first day at work,
Assists in initial log-in,
Introduces employee to website and People First and
Provides campus logistics
Provides and retrieves new employee documents for review and signature.
The incumbent in this position will assist the supervisor with general office/miscellaneous duties and might assist in other areas of PSU, as necessary, to address workload needs.
