InterSystems Administrative Assistant in Sydney, Australia

We have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in the Sydney office. You will be highly organised and able to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office each day.


■ Diary Management

■ Workday Expense reconciliation for Andrew and Gary

■ Travel – Domestic and International

■ Setting up conference calls

■ Attending meetings and taking minutes/actions

■ Preparing Agendas/Presentations/briefing notes and any other documentation as required

Regular Shared Responsibilities

■ Assistant support to Marketing as needed

■ Staff Travel – Domestic and International

■ Reception Relief

■ Weekly Staff Movements

■ ASG Team Support and Role coverage

■ Sales Tender Administration (as needed)

  • Superior communication skills complemented by high standards of work and presentation.

  • You will be able to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders.

  • You must be self-motivated, possess good planning skills and demonstrate high attention to detail.

  • A flexible, well organised team player with strong problem solving skills, often working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and proven experience in an administration position within a corporate environment.

  • Qualifications in Office / Business Administration will be highly regarded.
