Quad/Graphics is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our growing Marketing Team in Sussex, WI. The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and directing approved marketing projects from inception to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, go-to-market campaigns for product, vertical and account-based marketing opportunities as defined by corporate and business unit strategies. Working closely with the Marketing Managers, the Marketing Project Coordinator will help convert approved marketing briefs into detailed marketing plans and shepherd the projects from strategy (brief), to creative production, and through deployment and analysis. The Marketing Project Coordinator will work with Marketing leadership, creative and digital marketing team members through this process to ensure timely completion.
Working closely with Director of Marketing, Director ofContent, Sr. Marketing Operations Manager and Marketing Managers, influence andmaintain annual marketing calendar detailing planned projects, events andcampaigns
Use completed marketing briefs to formulate project plansincluding deliverables, deadlines, ownership and reporting
With direction from Sr. Marketing Operations Manager andMarketing Managers, proactively drive projects through marketing sharedservices, including creative production, deployment and analysis
Schedule meetings and facilitate project advancement bykeeping team resources organized, aware and empowered at the appropriate timeto complete their role in a project, i.e. - project kick-off meetings, projecttracking, coordinate status update meetings, capture meeting minutes and followup action items and resolve bottlenecks working with Sr. Marketing OperationsManager
Coordinate clear and effective communication betweeninternal and external stakeholders by sharing project plans routinely
Master project management software and be an activeambassador coaching and teaching the system to team members
Consistently look to improve the existing processes aroundproject creation and management
Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred.
A minimum of 4years of marketing or project management experience, preferably within a B2Bcompany.
Projectmanagement training a plus
Demonstratedskills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
Abilityto work under pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
Outstandingverbal and written communications skills, time management, conflict resolutionas needed.
Abilityto work in a team environment.
