As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you would be responsible for the coordination and support of key marketing and business development initiatives. Although this position is located in the corporate office, this role supports additional offices as well. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proposal Development/Interview prep interface with proposal authors to define scope of each section and key issues to be addressed. Establish and ensure deadlines for timely completion of review process and proposal delivery. Collateral production and maintenance including project sheets, staff resumes, company overviews, newsletters, e-mail marketing and internal communication. Maintain database of company information and complete requests. Public relations initiatives including the development, distribution, and follow-up of press releases and maintenance of media lists.
