Job Summary:

The position will be primary support to the School of Education Budget Director and provide secondary support to the Dean’s office. The successful candidate will have experience working in a higher education environment, a working knowledge of Banner, spreadsheets, and basic accounting principles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting or related field. • Two years of budget support experience in an academic setting or office. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2016 and internet resources. • Self-motivated to excel with excellent analytical skills and desire to complete tasks on time given specific deadlines. • Strong organization and customer service skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to prioritize tasks. • Strong written, oral communication, interpersonal, organizational skills. • Ability to work with diverse personalities. • Ability to work with diverse populations. • Maintains strict level of confidentiality relating to personnel and financial information
