Provide world-class customer service to clients in person, via phone and email.
Answer a multi-line phone, taking detailed and accurate messages of customer needs and expectations.
Successfully navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that can occasionally be stressful.
Able to assist the Sales Team with providing quotes to customers, issuing purchase orders and following up with customers.
Assist with processing of customer orders and payroll.
Responsible for the daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Distribute mail, generate reports and enter large volumes of client data.
Calendar maintenance for management, including scheduling client meetings.
Completing a variety of administrative tasks, including being the point person for initial customers and the internal team.
Responsible for maintaining adequate supplies for the office including all required and requested office supplies.
Maintains and updates the departmental records and files; may also compile and maintain financial or budget data.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to input, maintain and retrieve data, track statistics, monitor activities and provide regular and recurring reports.
