OfficeTeam is currently working with a growing company in the south metro that is looking to add a Marketing Assistant to their team! This is an exciting opportunity to work side by side with the Marketing Manager and support the department in a coordination role. The company is seeking a deadline driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrated follow through abilities. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager, involves tradeshow traveling and opportunity for advancement! Responsibilities include: - Assist marketing department by providing materials for events, tradeshows, floor plan displays, fairs and more. - Gather and create promotional products, apparel, and materials. - Ensure all tradeshow items are packed, shipped and delivered accordingly. - Research tradeshows and determine which events are appropriate and most profitable for the organization. - Connect with vendors to maximize brand image. - Capture and update all leads, follow ups, and contact information is obtained from tradeshows. - Support sales team by providing materials for sales events and marketing events. - Manage inventory of promotional items. - Track and update all tradeshow expenses. - Manage additional projects as assigned.
