We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who will define and deliver the next generation advertising platform and products that will help us get there. You will work hands-on to drive development, packaging, positioning, and adoption of AAP products and solutions. The ideal candidate is a big thinker and innovator that can wear both business and tech hats and is agile enough to thrive in a face-paced environment that blends a responsibility for not only envisioning creative solutions, but leverages a data-driven approach to validate these ideas. Specific Responsibilities include: You will own a significant piece of AAP's business and operate it like an owner, working with sales to drive adoption, tech to drive the innovation needed to scale, and leadership to set the vision. As an owner, you will continuously define and refine success metrics to gauge how your business is doing and where we should double down. You will work from the customer backward to develop product strategy, product definition, forecasting, pricing, and positioning for Amazon's ability to deliver innovative advertising solutions. You will help us define what our advertisers and agencies want from our programmatic advertising solutions, including how it's packaged, how it's targeted, how it's tracked, and how it's reported. You will balance that with broader industry trends and will own the process for understanding customer needs and market segmentation. You will manage products through initial launch and follow-on releases, identifying dependencies and clearing blockers to help drive client adoption, retention, and growth. To do this, you will work across teams in a dynamic environment made up of business leaders, sales, account management, finance, other product leaders, analysts, designers, engineers, business development leaders, partners and, most importantly, customers. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of demonstrable experience in product management as a business leader defining strategies for driving revenue and not just features. Examples of success in delivering results within a complex product environment in advertising or enterprise software/services organizations. Ability to drive big ideas from highly ambiguous problem spaces with a proven track record of filling in whitespace with innovation. Experience working with development teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent a plus Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing product in the programmatic advertising space. MBA Strong analytical skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people.
