Amazon.com Seller Marketing Manager, Fresh Merchant Program in Seattle, Washington

Amazon Fresh is looking for a Seller Marketing Manager for its Fresh Merchant Program. The Fresh Merchant Program (FMP) allows customers to order grocery items from iconic local merchants alongside their Fresh grocery orders.
We are seeking a highly motivated Seller Marketing Manager to build out scalable marketing solutions in a high-growth, fast paced environment that drive merchant acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will be responsible for owning the seller communication strategy across all regions. He/she will develop scalable ways to market AmazonFresh to sellers, create an engagement roadmap and list of seller marketing initiatives/events, own the onsite merchant experience, team up with design to build innovative onboarding and marketing materials, and gather and distill seller feedback. He/she will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving and project management skills, and show strong ownership/commitment.
The successful Seller Marketing Manager must:
Develop a thorough understanding of the online grocery market segment, its seasonality and global business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
Think big about scalable seller marketing and communication solutions and test various channels of engagement (including events, videos, email, etc)
Work closely with the business development team to generate merchant interest in new and existing regions, successfully recruit new seller leads, and develop a strong merchant ecosystem in target cities.
Partner across internal teams to develop and implement innovative marketing materials
Create and communicate marketing plans and business opportunities for top-tier merchants.
Present the insights from seller feedback to business teams to drive program innovation
Analyze and report key metrics using Excel, SQL, Salesforce or other data management systems.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem solve and prioritize
Proven track record of bias for action, ownership and driving results
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
