Marketing Program and Configuration Manager Requisition ID: 7179 Location: USA, Washington, Seattle Employment Duration: Regular Full time Description SUMMARY: Create Agile Product variant configurations in collaboration with the product management and the engineering department to ensure successful implementation of the product change concept. Support internal Product Lifecycle Management for product lines xxx , responsible for US/international price list management and translations process of technical documentations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers. Program the product and service spare parts variant configuration in Agile and verify it in Agile and in the quotation tool. Create configuration family drawings in MS Visio and Excel, Create bill of material in the Agile tool and manage the change workflow. Plan product configuration changes to ensure the product release are accurate and on-time and monitor the release of a configured product from concept to completion. Provide immediate support to production issues related to the configured product structure during the product life cycle to ensure continuity of business. Monitor FOA (Failure on Arrival) on product configurations. Support global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and activities Product change execution and engineering support. Support efficient usage of the assigned IT system, evaluates and drives improvement opportunities and changes to the IT systems especially regarding best practice, data consistency, process efficiency, global collaboration in close cooperation with the functional-, process- and IT- organizations. Update and Publish US and international price list Responsible for managing translations as requested by product management. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of SW programming experience. 1-2 years of experience with Agile is strongly preferred. Related experience in PLM or related environment will also be considered. Experience with business requirement analysis a plus Knowledge and/or experience with Master Data Experience in SQL development a plus. Solid basic knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management a plus Good communications skills. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None required. Clinical training desirable, but not required. Other Skills and Abilities Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc...)
