Musical Instruments is continuously reinventing its customer experience and looking for a talented marketer to help lead the charge. In this role, you will learn about our customers and develop a customer experience strategy to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for developing marketing plans for key brands, building traffic plans for top channels, and leading cross functional teams in execution. Your responsibilities: Optimize the on-site customer experience in the assigned category and innovate on ways we can better serve our customers. Partner with Marketing Leadership to drive aspects of a holistic go-to-market strategy for the Musical Instruments Category. Work with manufacturers to develop and sell brand marketing plans. Partner with merchandising teams to develop creative positioning for online assets. Work closely with other cross functional teams to bring new initiatives to market. Plan, coordinate, and execute email campaigns and merchandising initiatives, testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, presentation, and targeting those which drive the best results and response. Review and update category site content that may be part of various category pages, brand stores, and boutiques.
