Administrative Assistant – Santa Clara, CA Kelly Services is currently seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and highly organized Administrative Assistant III with good judgment and excellent communication skills. This opportunity is for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, in Santa Clara, CA.

The pay for this assignment is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience.

Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects, typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: • Drafts and composes emails using current office software applications • Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events • Will assist the TA on various items including meeting support/logistics, possible travel accommodations • Coordinate all renovation logistics • Plan activities in conjunction with the site planners • Supply cabinet stocking • All new hire logistics for global team residing in Santa Clara • Assist VP's admin on various site specific tasks

Job Requirements: • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications • Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook calendar, or other related Web based tools.

Terms of Assignment: • A minimum of a High School diploma/equivalent. • Fulltime: Monday – Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm. • Duration: April 2017 to August 2017
