The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, will be integral to the SMB digital marketing efforts and be responsible for driving the strategy, performance and expansion of our digital marketing program. You should be comfortable managing large campaigns and budgets across multiple platforms and digital marketing channels. Working closely with our marketing and agency partners you will have the scope to shape our end-to-end approach to digital marketing for the SMB market.

The ideal candidate will be a demonstrably solid performance marketer with revenue generating responsibilities and a strong understanding of the SMB audience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategy and stakeholder management

● Be comfortable with a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment

● Serve as the strategic pivot between product, leadership and marketing

● Collaborate with the business unit on strategic guidance and definition of the digital marketing strategy

● Lead discussions and create cross-functional alignment

Paid Media program management

● There will be a large focus on leading performance marketing via SEM, display, remarketing and paid social

● Conduct competitive intelligence scans/benchmarking and develop strategies to adapt to changing environment

● Report, analyze and develop insights on campaign performance on a regular basis

● Provide performance analysis and make spend shift / optimization recommendations across all channels

● Develop forecasts and ad-hoc projections for spend, revenue and ROI

● Drive continuous improvement through implementation of new and creative ideas; develop a robust test and learn plan

● Manage tracking initiatives

● Manage digital marketing agency to optimize and expand upon existing campaigns; drive agency to be proactive and think outside the box

● Work with internal teams on creative development (banners, landing pages)

Basic Qualifications :

● B.S. or B.A. is a plus

● 5+ years of digital marketing experience

● Knowledge of performance/digital marketing (SEM/Display/Paid Social) and the paid media marketplace

Preferred Qualifications :

● B.S. /B.A. in Marketing or related field is preferred

● Experience in scaling digital marketing programs, while driving efficiency and meeting ROI targets

● Excellent analytical skills

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team building skills

● Ability to solve complex problems

● Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and leadership

● Ability to build creative solutions and drive results

● Ability to work with cross-functional teams including web development, tech, sales ops and marketing ops
