A fast-paced company is in need of an Administrative Assistant right away! This Administrative Assistant will be assisting with handling the front desk, maintaining the flow of the office, ordering office supplies, ensuring that overflow work is completed in a timely manner and helping with dispatching technicians. The Administrative Assistant for this company will also be helping with light payroll assistance, inputting time into employees timesheets, and assisting with all phone correspondence. This is a great opportunity to start working in a fast-paced and growing industry. The Administrative Assistant will be performing administrative duties for multiple supervisors. Other duties may include word processing, filing and faxing. This is a temporary position. Client is seeking an individual with at least two years of experience in the field, Bachelors degree, and an eagerness to learn.
