Marketing Operations Manager II Location: Salt Lake City, UT The Marketing Operation Manager II will be responsible for driving marketing effectiveness, pipeline growth and revenue while monitoring and reporting on marketing KPIs. As a Marketing Operations Manager, a Typical Day Might Include the Following: Coordinate a strong sales and marketing relationship with initiatives and processes that ensure effective lead management and high data quality. Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and retention to marketing management. Ensure marketing leadership has access to ongoing analysis for marketing investments, pipeline impact and goal setting. Drive the database strategy analyze gaps and implement practices that ensure data quality and measure database health. Provide input on the roadmap and strategy that ensures a best-in-class marketing technology stack that supports company goals. Establish, maintain and document scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing. Support ad-hoc reporting and analytic needs across the department. To Land This Gig You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent work experience 4+ years' experience in B2B high-tech operations Experience with a Marketing Automation System ex. Marketo Admin level experience with a Customer Relationship Management system ex. Salesforce Admin level experience using a Business Intelligence and Analytics system ex. DOMO Extremely detail oriented with the ability to identify and solve problems. Organizational and project management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete according to tight deadlines Ability to develop and nurture good working relationships with internal stakeholders Proficient in the MS Office suite Excellent Excellent analytics and data reporting skills Strong project management skills Bonus Experience: Experience with a SaaS organization Experience using a project management tool ex.
