U.S. Bank Direct Marketing Acquisition- Specialist in RICHFIELD, Minnesota

This role will work with the Direct Marketing Acquisition Managers to assist in the design, execution, and measurement of direct marketing campaigns for Consumer Lending and Deposits. The focus will be primarily on direct mail and email with limited involvement in digital. This person will be working with Product Managers, Compliance, Brand, Data Analytics, creative agencies, print vendors, email service providers, and data & analytical service providers to ensure we are designing and executing campaigns to achieve goals.


  • Utilize internal system to create requests for database marketing lists, reporting and analytics to be executed by internal data analytics team

  • Maintain internal system used to manage models, both internal and external

  • Manage and coordinate production timelines

  • Create, update and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and related PowerPoint slides

  • Manage compliance related systems and resources needed for auditing purposes

  • Perform internal audits

  • Maintain internal vendor management system for creative and analytics vendors

  • Manage invoices from creative and data analytics vendors and update expense reports

  • Special projects and ad hoc requests outside of normal responsibilities



  • Project management skills to drive the work

  • Strong time management skills to ensure work is completed within desired timeframe

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize against multiple deadlines while working on multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Comfortable creating and updating spreadsheets and graphs

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
