OfficeTeam is searching for a tech savvy Administrative Assistant with email marketing experience for a fantastic company in Sellwood. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a small team to accomplish large goals. The main responsibilities include marketing support, customer service, and administrative task. Job Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead email marketing campaigns utilizing Active Campaign

  • Responsible for managing the social media presence of the company through Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter

  • Update client information in PipeDrive

  • Attend networking events

  • Provide topnotch customer service to clients

  • Create newsletter for marketing purposes

  • Preform data entry, filing and other administrative task as necessary What it takes to get the job:

  • 3+ years administrative experience

  • 1+ years marketing experience

  • Must have experience within Active Campaign or Pardot

  • Must have experience within WordPress

  • Must have experience within Microsoft Excel

  • Be a team player
