New Penn Financial Marketing Campaign Manager in PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pennsylvania

New Penn Financial has an immediate opening for a MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER on our Marketing team for our Consumer Direct Channel. This role requires a digitally-focused marketing approach to generate and nurture consumer homeowner/buyer leads for our loan officers. Incumbent will create, track and manage email and display advertising campaigns. Must bring new ideas and digital innovation to drive lead generation along with solid business judgement. This position is for an individual contributor.

  • Lead the development of digital marketing programs which create and increase lead generation and conversion of leads to loans. This includes ideation, forecasting, planning, execution, optimization and ongoing testing.

  • Build business case for each new digital marketing program to drive volume in a cost effective manner.

  • Work with creative partners and legal team to develop new and update existing creatives for email marketing, digital advertising, landing page testing, remarketing and search programs (both PPC and SEO).

  • Partner with IT project managers, web developers and outside vendors to build ensure campaign landing pages, data capture and data flow are optimized.

  • Cultivate relationships with new digital lead partners, onboard partners, test and optimize programs.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for strategic updates.

  • Ensure deliverables are met on time and track deliverables with timelines.

  • Assume additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects as required

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business related area.

  • An absolute minimum of three years of hands-on B2C digital marketing (social media, paid display, key word and email marketing)

  • Proven track record of creating, driving and improving digital B2C lead generation campaigns with cost-effective results.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

  • Experience with consumer financial services industry a plus.

  • Experience with lead management systems a plus.

  • Excellent blend of analytical ability with a strong proactive approach, great attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to handle multiple, concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment with a “get it done” attitude.

  • Self-starter who is adaptive, analytical, creative, logical and organized.

  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point, as well as HTML.
